How much advance notice do we need? 

We would like one week's notice, especially for big orders (over 20 people). If it's less than a week, we’ll do our best to accommodate your request, but all orders are first come, first serve. Smoker space is limited and is sometimes maxed out. Custom orders are available, just complete the online request form.

How to Place an Order

To place an order, complete the online request form with all the important details. We will get back to you within 48 hours. All requests must be made online.

HOW MUCH SIDES SHOULD I ORDER?

Sides are sold by the quart (feeds 6-8) or the pint (feeds 4-5). You can purchase additional sides, if needed, and depending on lead time and availability.

How do I pay for the order?

You can pay for your order when you pick it up, we accept all major credit/debit cards, and cash.

Can we rent the food truck for an event/party?

Our food truck stays in our Clintonville and Land Grant location to serve our dedicated customers. It’s not available for private parties and events. Weddings? Read about our Love & Smoke package.

How much meat should I order?

Check out our BBQ packages for groups under 20 people. One pound of smoked meat feeds 2-3 people, depending on the size of the sandwich. If you tell us the number of people, we can help you decide on the right amount to order.

What about barbecue sauce?

Fresh baked buns and our scratch made barbecue sauces are included with your order. We have house sweet, jalapeno, habanero and Carolina vinegar based sauces.

Do you offer delivery?

No, we do not offer delivery, it’s bulk food pick up only.
