Your big day is a big deal to us.

We pride ourselves on presenting a delicious barbecue buffet for hungry wedding guests.

We start with what we do best, delicious smoked meats, ribs and grilled chicken and work with you to build a customized menu that you and your guests will love. That’s our recipe for a memorable wedding dinner.


Love and smoke menu

Our Love & Smoke Package comes with your choice of three smoked/grilled meats and four delicious southern sides. Fresh baked buns, made just for Ray Ray’s and our scratch-made barbecue sauces are included, no additional charge.

We have staff on-site to set up our Love & Smoke buffet, complete with roll-top chafing dishes, and rustic décor. We prepare and replenish the food, and clean up before we go. We can bring our own pop up tent, tables and linens, if needed – at no additional charge.


Smoked Beef Brisket

Smoked slow and low, to the point of tender goodness, kept in it’s own smoky, savory juices.

Smoked Pulled Pork

Pork shoulders, smoked on hickory wood for fourteen hours, hand pulled, with our signature spice rub.

Spicy Jerk Chicken

Boneless, skinless chicken thighs, marinated then grilled and hit with our custom jerk spice blend, then covered in our own secret recipe, spicy jerk sauce.

Sweet BBQ Chicken

Boneless, skinless chicken thighs, marinated then grilled and smothered in our house made sweet barbecue sauce. A crowd favorite.

Dry Rubbed Spare Ribs or Baby Back Ribs

Memphis-style, dry rubbed ribs are smoked to perfection then kissed on the grill before serving. Our spare ribs were featured as “some of the best barbecue in the nation” by Esquire Magazine.


Cheesy Potato Casserole

our homestyle, cheesy, hashbrown potato casserole.

Scratch Mac & Cheese

three cheese, made from scratch, sauce over a pasta blend.

Mashed Potatoes & Gravy

classic mashed potatoes with real butter, sea salt & pepper.

Pit Baked BBQ Beans

sweet and smoky baked beans with brisket and barbecue sauce.

Sweet Cole Slaw

crisp, tangy coleslaw, a classic pairing with barbecue.

Green Beans w/ Pork

slow cooked, seasoned green beans with smoked pork.

Buttered Skillet Corn

traditional buttered corn with caramelized kernels.

Kale & Spring Greens Salad

mixed greens with kale, fresh raspberries, almonds and shredded parmesan. Served with raspberry vinaigrette.

Traditional Green Salad

iceberg and romaine lettuce, croutons, cheese, tomatoes and your choice of two dressings.

What we do

We are flexible and understand if you need to make changes.  We will do our best to accommodate your requests.

It’s one straightforward price, no surprises, and we don’t need the final count until two weeks out.

Whatever the location, we make it work. We can set up indoors, outdoors, with or without a kitchen, casual, fancy, you name it. 

If we have food left over, we package it up and you get to keep it, because you paid for it. BBQ leftovers are great for leftover relatives.

The best next step is to set up a meeting and tasting. We can answer any questions you have, face to face – and you get an opportunity to taste our delicious barbecue! We will pencil in your date, and when you pay your deposit, you’re officially booked.
